I am happy to answer on your questions! Basically I do glitches manually frame by frame. But in the game Awesome Shapes I used this tool: http://blog.soulwire.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/glitchmap.swf

I just uploaded images and saved it by frames and then put it all in the game.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! I am glad that you like my game. This game is made in Flash and my friend used Action Script 3 for programming.
